Beach Club
Bamboo, water and a kitchen.
Made from what the coast already has.
The roof is bamboo — designed to be the largest in Brazil. The pool is filtered by plants, with no chlorine. The fish arrives from the fishermen of Serra Grande. The cocoa comes from the farms nearby.

Five decisions
- 01
Bamboo
The club's bamboo roof is designed to be the largest in Brazil. Old technique, new scale.
- 02
Pool without chlorine
Natural biofiltration. No chemical treatment.
- 03
The kitchen
Of the Cacao Coast: jangada fish, cacao and what the season gives. It changes with the tide and the harvest.
- 04
Artisanal fishing
The catch comes from the jangadas on this beach.
- 05
Cocoa
The fruit that names the coast, in savoury and sweet dishes.

Water filtered by plants, no chlorine.
Late afternoon on the deck.
A kitchen of the Cacao Coast.
The restaurant starts from what the coast produces. The fish comes from the jangadas of Serra Grande. The cacao, from the surrounding farms, in sweet and savoury dishes. Manioc flour, dendê oil, coconut, chilli and the fruits of the season arrive from growers a few kilometres away. The menu changes with the tide and with the harvest.
The kitchen opens early and closes late. Breakfast, lunch in the shade, late afternoon at the bar, dinner. The same ingredients, at different hours of the day. There is a table for children.
The room opens to the sea, under the bamboo canopy. Reclaimed wood, wicker and ceramics from the region. Natural light by day; at night, warm and low.
