Who We Are

Founder and CEO of Conduru Incorporadora, which develops projects guided by ESG principles — among them Casa Tibina and the Uruçuca development. He first came to Serra Grande in 2021 and spent the following years studying the territory before drawing anything: the choice of the land, the Guarani name and the decision to occupy as little of the property as possible are his. He leads the project personally, from the first survey to the construction. Before Conduru, he built a career in innovation and technology, leading smart-city and urban sustainability projects — an experience he brought to the way Marangatú is conceived: data and method before design.

French architect trained in Paris, with master's degrees from the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris and the Sorbonne. He co-founded Triptyque Architecture and, in 2021, Architects Office, today with teams in Brazil, Portugal, Spain and Italy and projects in more than fifteen Brazilian states, as well as Peru, Chile and Portugal. The firm's awards include the iF Design Award and Rethinking The Future. He brings together technique, art and nature in a contemporary vision — and signs the Marangatú project.

Architect and permaculturist specialising in bioarchitecture and sustainable construction. Trained in architecture and urbanism at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with permaculture training from Instituto Permasampa, she works with community projects and bamboo construction — prototypes, courses and prefabricated housing. Her work integrates people and environment regeneratively. At Marangatú, she guides siting, natural ventilation and the choice of materials.

Founder and CEO of Petinelli, co-founder of GBC Brasil and former board development director at the World Green Building Council. Master of Architecture from McGill University, Montreal, and a graduate of MIT's entrepreneurial development programme. LEED Fellow since 2018. His firm delivered the world's first LEED Zero Energy and Zero Water buildings — recognised by the USGBC in 2019 — and received the International WELL Building Institute's Rising Star Award in 2024. At Marangatú, Petinelli leads comfort engineering and the curation of the LEED and WELL certifications.

A builder and developer from Ilhéus, with high-end and bioarchitecture projects along the Cacao Coast. It already builds in Serra Grande — Vilage Serra Grande is its work — bringing to the site the knowledge of those who already work here. Responsible for construction at Marangatú.
